Conor qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in Dublin. Prior to establishing Gallagher Keane, Conor set up his own accounting practice and built a large portfolio of clients in the retail, distribution, medical and hospitality/ leisure sectors with a particular emphasis on providing strategic advice to early stage companies on growth strategies. Before that, Conor held a senior position in a large global real estate group with interests in Europe and the US where his responsibilities included financial reporting, finance sourcing, investment appraisal, tax compliance and structuring and the ongoing investment management of a portfolio in excess of €500m. Prior to that Conor lead the finance team of one of Ireland's leading retail groups which had a turnover in excess of €350m. Conor currently sits as a non-executive director on a number of company boards. Conor is a business graduate of Trinity College, Dublin.

Colin Keane

Partner

Colin qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen and KPMG in Dublin.

​He has a wealth of experience advising companies, company directors, business owners and high net worth individuals on accounting and tax issues, business strategy, fundraising and options available to them in times of financial pressure. His portfolio of clients span many sectors including food, retail, property/ construction, technology and healthcare. Before establishing Gallagher Keane in 2012, Colin was co-founder and director of a Dublin based financial advisory firm specialising in restructuring and corporate finance engagements on a global basis. This business was a division of a major Dublin stockbroker which was acquired through an MBO by its management team. Prior to that, Colin worked for a large construction group and led a team responsible for the financial reporting, tax and fundraising requirements in excess of €1bn for the Group's investment interests. Colin is an economics and finance graduate of Trinity College, Dublin.
