Going for Growth | Supporting Female Entrepreneurs

Going for Growth is a program designed for determined women entrepreneurs in Ireland who want to grow their businesses. It’s for owner-managers of businesses with at least two years of experience. The program emphasizes learning from peers through interactive sessions, led by successful entrepreneurs rather than trainers or consultants.

Who can apply?

The entrepreneur should already be the owner-manager of a business of which she is a major shareholder and key influencer. While the program usually looks for businesses with at least two years of operation, it can make exceptions for highly innovative ventures showing strong ambition and potential for global sales, as long as they have made some revenue or secured significant investment.

Going for Growth’s Lead Entrepreneurs:

The Lead Entrepreneurs in the Going for Growth program brings valuable firsthand experience from successfully owning and managing growing businesses. Their commitment on a voluntary basis is a cornerstone of the program’s strength. For more details about these inspiring leaders, click here.
